I totally agree with you. This is merely an investment, first and foremost.

However, consider the chart since '06 when EDIG first hired Pat Nunally to begin the monetization process for EDIG's flash patent portfolio.

While this is not 2000, we did see mini-spikes with every, EARLY development in anticipation of EDIG getting the ball rolling. It has been a 4 year process and I think they get it that they need to provide a revenue rhythm to draw investors and move the pps north.

The key is early...and we should be leaving that in the rear view mirror as the Markman hearing nears. The lag between events has proved to be killer on the PPS. They have the ability to get this ramped up to better reflect the opportunity and drowned out the negative noise.
