I sure would like an explanation as to why launching the next round depends on the previous round being completely finished. Should they go to court for years with Nokia does that mean the entire process comes to a halt?

I think it is either, 1) they want more potential candidates after a successful Markman, or 2) they have manpower issues.

The current case load, if it is similar to the last round, should conclude by November through February timeframe...and if they filed the next round in July, those cases would still be at least 7 months out or more. Perhaps the Markman will change the timing issues but there was no Markman to consider regarding timing for filing after round two.

If this is not the case then I think management owes us an explanation. It seems to me that the timing has little to do with the outcome, therefore, what better way to accelerate the process.

Any other possible reasons I might be overlooking?
