What about the production costs of negative 4 cents that Elmer put in the recent presentation? Were we not supposed to believe that either? Not all of the misinformation came from this board.

RT, the real question you should ask is was there a deliberate attempt by management to mislead? If you had talked with Elmer then you will realize there was no deliberate attempt to be deceitful. They were all hoping to achieve this outcome and produce an "attractive" BFS. But then in a joint venture where you are the junior partner and the senior partner has the final say in everything you do, it becomes a whole different story doesn`t it? Cuu had to produce the BFS in COLLABORATION with Teck.

Do you remember Elmer telling all of us how concerned he was in producing and "air tight" BFS that couldn`t be challenged by Teck? What happens if Teck does challenge our BFS? Where does that leave Cuu? Can we sell our interests to another Major in this situation if we are in legal limbo? Read the language of our JV agreement with Teck and you will come to the conclusion that we ARE the junior partner here. So friends, we can`t tell Teck to F*** O**. ( as much as we all like too) We have to cooperate with them and bend over backwards.

However, the good news is we are nearly finished with this JV agreement. Our next phase now puts us in control :) :)
