CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I don't have an extensive knowledege of the debt issues facing Teck, but I think if they have a solid project, and the way they juiced us down for the report versus what is there, it is a solid project, that would tend to support not only the bankibility but the saleability
They don`t have to use debt. They can use their equity for buyouts. Swap TCK shares for CUU or it could be a combination of cash and TCK shares. If they really want this solid project that will provide them with a stream of revenue from 4 metals for decades then they will find a way to make it work imo.
