Read the language of our JV agreement with Teck and you will come to the conclusion that we ARE the junior partner here. So friends, we can`t tell Teck to F*** O**. ( as much as we all like too) We have to cooperate with them and bend over backwards.
There are timelines and protections for us in the contract to, do we just ignore our right to a fair deal?
However, the good news is we are nearly finished with this JV agreement. Our next phase now puts us in control :) :)
I wish there was any evidence that shows this 'good news' that we are nearly finished with the JV agreement? As far as I can tell the clock may not have started, Teck may outright reject the FS as a BFS, so how can the JV agreement be nearly finished? I long for some control, but would settle for some concrete information on our current status and future timelines.
