Silver-- At 81 I just started a new business in Florida. It is imposible at this time for me to even take a weekend off.

I had mentioned this to Joe a while back. Let me say at the outset that I appreciate the feed back you and others have provided and said so many times.

As for getting upset, I don't , I just speak my mind. If I was upset about Edig I would not have been an owner of EDIG as long as I have. That being said I am bothered by the lack of information forthcoming. I own other stock and this is about information we are entirled to. At least I believe that.

The history of EDIG is not all that good especially since I do believe they have an excellent chance of making it with the pattens they own. Yet bad things can and do happen . Who knew we would get a judge who won't read to a completionwhat a patten states and then renders an opinion. That bothered all of us.

Either way lets hope the future gives us all a break, we all could use one. Ted
