Did you even read my comment re Fred's education or lack thereof? If you care to re-read you will see that nowhere did I say that was the problem or try to make an argument for that. If interns are "doing the work" and not learning from someone with more experience they are missing the object of the internship concept and we are getting cheated out of a proper educational experience and we as stockholders are getting cheated by having students do the work, but it sounds like that is fine with you. Could you elaborate on the word "variables" and let me know which variable is good for the success of the company?
